- Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold for profit and/or through unauthorised resale sites such as Viagogo or Stubhub.
- If you receive a mobile ticket, only genuine mobile tickets will be accepted for entry. Printouts and/or screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. If you bought more than one mobile ticket and ticket transfer is unavailable, your guests must be with you at time of entry.
- A strict limit of 6 tickets per person (and per household) per event applies in the general sale and 4 tickets per person (and per household) per event applies in presales. Tickets purchased over this limit may be cancelled and invalidated (in which case you will be refunded).
- Tickets purchased or resold or offered for resale in breach of these terms may be cancelled.
- If there are any inconsistencies between these conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these conditions will apply.
Disabled Access
All visitors with disabilities attending concerts are advised to contact us when booking tickets.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space or have any special requirements, so that we can arrange for everything to be ready on your arrival. We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visitors with visual impairment.
Assistance dogs are welcome at our venues, but owing to sound levels involved, we recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events.
